What Data We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Vloxo: your email address and name when you create an account; information about your apps including app name, description, target audience, and pricing model; content you create and schedule through Vloxo; OAuth access tokens for connected social accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn) which are stored securely and used only to post on your behalf; usage data including posts generated, platforms used, and feature interactions; payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details directly.
Why We Collect It
We use your data to provide and improve the Vloxo service; to authenticate your account and keep it secure; to generate AI content tailored to your app using your App Brain information; to publish content to your connected social accounts on your behalf; to process your subscription payments through Stripe; to send you important service communications.
How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database service, on servers within the European Union. We host Vloxo on Netlify. We apply row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to you.
Third Party Services
Vloxo uses the following third party services: Supabase for database and authentication; Netlify for hosting; Anthropic for AI content generation — your app information is sent to Anthropic's API to generate content; Stripe for payment processing; Twitter/X API and LinkedIn API for publishing content on your behalf; Reddit public data for opportunity scanning — no account connection required.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data — you can download it via Settings > Download my data; the right to erasure — you can delete your account and all associated data via Settings > Delete account; the right to rectification — you can update your information in Settings; the right to portability — your data export is provided in JSON format; the right to object to processing — contact us at legal@vloxo.io.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only. These are required for authentication and keeping you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the payment process.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app.
