1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vloxo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Vloxo. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vloxo, a software business operating under the laws of England and Wales.
2. Description of Service
Vloxo is an AI-powered distribution and marketing engine for indie developers and solo founders. It helps you create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, and Hacker News from a single dashboard.
3. Early Access
Vloxo is currently in early access. This means features may change, be removed, or not work as expected at all times. We are actively building and improving the product. By using Vloxo during early access you acknowledge this and agree not to hold Vloxo liable for any disruption to service or changes to features.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vloxo. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vloxo to send spam or unsolicited messages. You agree not to abuse connected social media accounts in violation of those platforms' own terms of service. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any part of Vloxo. You agree not to use Vloxo to post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
6. AI Generated Content
Vloxo uses artificial intelligence to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all content published through your connected accounts using Vloxo. We recommend reviewing all AI generated content before publishing. Vloxo does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI generated content.
7. Connected Accounts
By connecting your Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or other social accounts to Vloxo, you grant Vloxo permission to read your profile information and publish content on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your accounts in the app or through the relevant platform's settings. Vloxo stores your OAuth access tokens securely and uses them only to provide the service.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Vloxo offers a free plan and paid plans at £29 per month (Pro) and £59 per month (Growth). Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 3 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
9. Intellectual Property
Vloxo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vloxo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create and publish through Vloxo remains your own.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vloxo is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vloxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
